a history rooted in real estate, private equity, and cannabis-based investments.

Our Portfolio Companies
With a desire to put capital behind opportunities that propel the US forward, we take a diversified investing approach in identifying
sectoral trends and systemic market evolutions where we can be early pioneers in industries at significant inflection points. From cannabis to clean tech,
we focus on emerging markets that drive tax revenue and job growth, while also maintaining our ESG objectives. Our portfolio companies include
early to late stage venture-backed startups led by visionary entrepreneurs, middle-market operators on the cusp of true scale,
and now several unicorns that have gone public as industry-leaders. We have participated in equity, debt, and convertible financing rounds.
